Removing Persons from a Role

A person can only be removed from a role if the person is in Active status and the role status is Pending.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab > Setup and Policy > Setup.
  2. In the User Management section, click Role.
    Result: The Role list window is displayed.
  3. Click the link for the appropriate role.
    Result: The role's Detail tab is displayed.
  4. Click the Users tab.
  5. Click the Select User drop down arrow and select Person.
  6. In the Current Actors section at the top of the page, check the checkboxes for all of the persons you want to remove from the role.
  7. Click Action > Delete.
    Result: All selected persons are now removed from the role.
